What is E-Invoice? What to Consider in the Integration Process?
Today, many businesses, especially medium and large-sized enterprises, have switched to the E-Invoice system, which stands out with its advantages, with digital transformation and continues to be preferred day by day.
The E-Invoice system was launched in our country in 2010 and is an application where taxpayers can quickly issue invoices and send them to recipients in any environment and time they connect to the internet.
It has the same legal value as the previously issued invoice and is made digitally, preventing paper and time waste and reducing costs.
Invoices, Waybills, etc., which are important for sellers and buyers, provide many conveniences such as the ability of the parties to quickly obtain documents, archive them safely on cloud servers, and minimize the accounting burden.
There are generally two ways for taxpayer businesses to use E-Invoice;
- Special Integrator
- Revenue Administration Portal
What is a Special Integrator? What are the Differences with Revenue Administration Portal?
Private Integrator companies are intermediary institutions that can create electronic records such as e-Invoice, e-Ledger, e-Archive Invoice, e-Ticket on behalf of the taxpayer with the authorization they have gained by meeting the conditions determined by the Revenue Administration. It is not possible for them to perform any transaction without the permission and knowledge of the taxpayers.
The differences with the Revenue Administration Portal are as follows;
While there is no monthly invoice limitation with Special Integrator Revenue Administration Portal is limited to 500 invoices per month.
It is very easy to find invoices with Special Integrator. It allows you to search by invoice. Revenue Administration Portal does not have such an option.
With Special Integrator there is no need for a financial seal for each invoice, while in Revenue Administration Portal this is the opposite. Also, when processing on a different computer, the settings must be configured as before.
With Special Integrator you can define each user; you can determine who will accept invoices and who will not. In the Revenue Administration Portal this is only valid for users who log in to the system with a financial seal.
With Special Integrator all documents in the system can be easily canceled. In Revenue Administration Portal this is difficult and there is no cancellation option for some documents.
Special Integrator allows you to archive all your documents securely on cloud servers. Revenue Administration Portal removes your documents from the system after a certain period of time. You will have to archive them with your own means.
With Special Integrator you can design your invoice with the first 3 digits of your invoice number and your company logo. Revenue Administration Portal does not offer this opportunity.
Private Integrator when making top-up payments per invoice with Private Integrator Revenue Administration Portal is free of charge.
